Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping Options

Once payment is received, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation. Your order will be shipped out the next 24 to 48 hours. Shipping and tracking information will also be made available in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping cost is calculated by weight of the combined products and where you are located. There is a $1 Handling Charge per order. Our warehouse is located in New Jersey. We offer the following shipping service options.
Shipping package weight less than 13 oz, we provide USPS First Class Delivery Service.

Shipping package weight more than 13 oz, we provide USPS Priority and FEDEX Home Delivery. We use RSS delivery time feeds from the 3 shipping vendors.

** Please note ** The "Time in Transit Data" are estimates from USPS and FEDEX. Please add 2 to 3 business days of order processing and payment verification time.

Most packages arrive within 3-6 business days once payment is verified.

We do not offer any type of express service delivery.

US Regional Shipping Deals

We also have available US regional shipping deals. The maximum weight will be 20 lbs per order for per delivery. Please note our warehouse is located in New Jersey. All shipping rates are based from that location. During your checkout process in the "Select Shipping Option", the appropriate regional shipping deals options will be automatically appear based on your shipping address location. The delivery days are calculated once the package is pickup by the various shipping vendors.

We offer free shipping for purchases between $100 & $249.99.

Free US shipping is calculated by the initial cost of your purchase, before discounts are applied. This discount is only offered to the 48 Contiguous US States. All orders are subject to a $1 Handling Charge.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.

International Delivery

International shipping costs range depending on your location. Please email us at cs@justbeautysupplies.com, with your country and the beauty products that you are interested in and we can provide you an international shipping quote email. International orders typically take 10-21 business days.

** Please Note ** Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Damaged Shipment

You must contact us immediately. There is a 24 hour grace period, once you have received the damaged item. There is no exception to this rule. Each order delivery has a tracking number with a detail information of the date and time of the shipment. Please do not contact us after 25 hours, or after a few days, or after a week, or after a month when you have received the damaged delivery. Your replacement request will be denied. During your order checkout, you have acknowledged our Terms and Conditions and our Shipping policy. If a product is damaged during shipping, again you have 24 hours to contact us. We will replace the damaged product at no charge and we will ship the replacement product to you for free. Please send us a picture and an e-mail describing the damage to returns@justbeautysupplies.com, and we will reply to you with instructions on what to do with damaged package. Please save all the packaging and contents. Most of our packages are insured, you are required to help us fill out a insurance claim for the damaged order, in order to receive the replacement order or product.

Delivery Issues

Due to rare occurrences with the USPS and FEDEX delivery services, packages can unfortunately get lost. This may be due to an incorrect address or delivery issues beyond our control. However, the customer will be held liable for the lost package if it is determined that you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address or incomplete address. All shipping carrier provide shipping address verification program to verify, if it is a legitimate shipping address. Unfortunately, once the order is in transit, we are unable to reroute packages. If we do receive the return package, the customer will be notified via email for the correct shipping address. The customer will be charged for the shipping cost to have the package shipped out again. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Although this is rare, occasionally the shipping address you type in has errors. When we create your shipping label and there is an issue with our address checking system. We will email you to verify your shipping address and wait for your response. If an incorrect address was provided and the package is delivered to the incorrect address, we are not responsible for the customer error. We will not be liable for your mistakes. If the package is returned to us, we can reship the package but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. If you do not want the package, only if we have received the package back to us, we will only refund the order amount and shipping and handle charges will not be refunds.
